As a Machine Learning Engineer on Plaid’s Fraud Data team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of fraud prevention. You’ll develop new features and machine learning models that enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of our fraud detection systems, while building reliable data and model pipelines to power both experimentation and production workflows.
As VP of Engineering, you’ll define and scale the systems that power our Deals & Rewards platform. You’ll lead product and data engineering, apply AI/ML to drive personalization and fraud prevention, and help shape a $100M+ circularity ecosystem. If you’ve built high-scale consumer platforms and led distributed teams, this role is for you.
Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for Adstra’s Engineering team. Contribute significantly to meeting established deliverables each sprint through contributions in the data science, data engineering, and software & systems development tasks. Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
In this role, use your combination of data engineering and backend software development expertise to solve business problems. As part of the Engineering team, you’ll build data heavy applications that directly provide value to our customers, internal and external. Build systems where producing and managing data is a first-class concern.
